Whether exporting palm, soybean or sunflower oil, or importing refined and unrefined oils for resale, we coordinate secure, efficient and compliant delivery.
We coordinate dedicated food-grade tankers with stainless-steel or epoxy-coated tanks designed to prevent oxidation, contamination and spoilage.
The vessels meet relevant International Maritime Organization and Codex Alimentarius standards. Where oils require temperature control or isolation from other bulk liquids, we arrange the appropriate onboard systems and tank segregation.
For raw vegetable oils awaiting further processing, our controls protect the product from water, air and foreign material that could affect refining.
WOLID coordinates berthing and cargo handling with terminal managers, Customs and regulators for safe, timely vessel turnaround. Our agents supervise loading and discharge to reduce product loss, tank contamination and mechanical failure.
We also arrange independent inspectors and laboratory testing when required, including Certificates of Quality and Certificates of Origin.
We support clients through port and regulatory procedures, including import permits, phytosanitary certificates and transit clearances. Our agents also coordinate PAAR and SONCAP documentation where required to avoid delays and demurrage.
WOLID monitors cargo temperatures throughout the voyage to maintain suitable carriage conditions. Crude palm oil, for example, is commonly carried at 32–40°C to prevent solidification, while processed oils may need neutral thermal conditions.
We keep vessel Masters informed of voyage requirements and provide clients with daily reporting for clear visibility at every stage.
